We are looking for a committed, dynamic, and leadership-minded Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise restaurant operations (customer service, kitchen, cleaning, inventory). * Supervise and guide the team during shifts. * Ensure excellence in customer service. * Manage inventory control and supply ordering. * Monitor performance metrics and unit goals. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in leadership roles in restaurants or related areas. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, spreadsheets). * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with delivery platforms (iFood, Rappi, etc.). * Knowledge of COGS control, technical specifications, and operational KPIs. * Degree in Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields. **FROM TUESDAY TO SUNDAY** **2:30 PM to 10:45 PM** **6 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFF SCHEDULE** ***The company provides dental care coverage after 3 months of experience.*** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you willing to join a company experiencing continuous growth?
