




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to actively prospect B2B accounts, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing—aiming for continuous improvement and measurable results. We guide intelligent solutions, valuing the uniqueness of each business and each individual. **Our Values:** * We Are Accessible * We Are Committed * We Care About People * We Are Innovative * We Pursue Excellence * We Focus on Results **Responsibilities** * Actively prospect B2B accounts (own list + existing database) via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone. * Identify and map decision-makers and influencers (HR, Benefits, CFO, CEO, etc.—adjust per your ICP). * Execute multichannel cadences with personalization and consistency (follow-ups, objections, timing). * Conduct qualification (discovery) meetings and schedule sales meetings with rigorous quality criteria. * Qualify opportunities using established methodology (e.g., BANT, SPICED, MEDDICC—as adopted). * Log 100% of interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot), maintaining organized data and history. * Collaborate with Marketing: provide campaign feedback, reasons for loss, high-performing messages, and market pain points. * Support continuous improvement of playbooks: scripts, templates, talking points, cadences, and segmentation. * Provide daily/weekly reports: activity volume, conversion rates per stage, bottlenecks, and learnings. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with digital tools (spreadsheets, email, CRM); * Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to grow within the field. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in pre-sales or sales; * Basic CRM knowledge (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.); * Familiarity with the healthcare sector or healthtechs.
