Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive candidate to optimize processes, scale operations, and work on process modeling, automation, and strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Area and team strategy and planning **We are looking for an analytical, hands-on profile with "zero ego" to optimize processes and scale everything here!** **Your responsibilities will include:** Process modeling: End-to-end mapping (BPMN). Business perspective: Management of commercial KPIs (Cohort, LTV, CAC, and Churn). Automation: Development of internal tools (Python, Sheets, App Script). Communication: Direct interface between Tech and Customer Success teams. Strategy: Planning and structuring of the area and team. Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Modeling, and Strategic Reporting **Requirements:** Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Looker or similar tools). Degree in Process Management or related fields. Autonomy to solve complex problems under pressure. **Your profile should include:** Clear and direct communication (no noise). Ego-free mindset (full focus on solutions).
