At **King Star**, the Training & Development team plays a strategic role: here, you don’t just deliver training—you build learning experiences that strengthen our culture and accelerate team growth. **What You’ll Do Here:** ---------------------------------- Map training needs (TNA) and propose solutions truly aligned with business objectives; Develop creative instructional materials (presentations, handouts, learning paths, and digital content); Deliver training sessions and development programs; Apply learning methodologies and monitor performance indicators; Manage our e-learning platform (LMS/LXP); Support leaders and employees in development-related requests; Organize departmental administrative controls (attendance lists, evaluations, purchases, etc.).
