Support for Human Resources activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 15:00 **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship* Support the execution of operational and low-complexity procurement and hiring processes; * Assist in controlling and updating the company's assets, including asset registration and movement records; * Organize and archive physical and electronic documents related to departmental processes; * Develop and maintain updated control spreadsheets; * Assist in processing payments by verifying supporting documentation and registration data; * Provide support in serving internal customers by delivering basic information and guidance on departmental procedures; * Manage, route, and deliver internal and external documents; * Perform external tasks when necessary, such as small purchases, document delivery to notary offices, post offices, and partner agencies; * Complete operational forms and records that constitute the department's administrative workflows; * Support Human Resources activities, including recruitment and selection, training and development, and internal marketing initiatives. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in the 4th semester or later of an Administration program.
