Collaborate with departments to align plans ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Responsibilities:** * Collect and analyze data related to operational capacity, human resources, and equipment; identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in resource utilization; * Resource Planning: Support the development of capacity planning and demand forecasting. * Monitor resource availability and assist in activity scheduling; * Generate periodic reports on capacity utilization and resource performance; create presentations and dashboards for internal communication regarding capacity status and forecasts; * Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of capacity plans with operational needs. * Participate in planning meetings and provide support in implementing corrective actions. **Details:** Work Location: Guarulhos Airport Salary: R$ 1.800,00### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program ### **BENEFITS** Benefits: Meal allowance (R$ 544.66), meal voucher (R$ 37.19/day), transportation allowance Working Hours: 12:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri) ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** Internship
