Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration We are seeking a professional to work in the **Benefits Administration** area, focusing on HR routines and support to the HR Department. **Work model:** 100% on-site **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:00** **Main responsibilities**: * Benefits administration (medical assistance, meal voucher, food voucher, transportation voucher, among others) * Support for HR and HR Department routines * Employee assistance and clarification of inquiries * Control and updating of spreadsheets and systems * Administrative support to the Human Resources department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree **currently being pursued or completed** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of **HR and HR Department routines** * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
