As a **Senior Requirements Analyst**, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **100% Remote Position!** We accept candidates from all regions of Brazil \=D **Responsibilities and Duties** On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to handle the following processes: * Identify, gather, analyze, specify, document, and manage functional and non-functional system requirements. * Conduct business process analysis and modeling, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. * Develop user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts required for solution development. * Participate in product backlog refinement, supporting prioritization and detailed requirement definition. * Act as the interface between business areas, Product Owners, end users, and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements. * Support solution design for new products, services, and system enhancements aligned with business needs and established standards. * Participate in validation of developed solutions, supporting user acceptance testing and verifying adherence to specified requirements. * Map and document business processes using industry-standard modeling practices. * Lead requirement gathering, refinement, and validation meetings with stakeholders. * Support identification of risks, impacts, and dependencies related to requirements. * Ensure traceability among requirements, features, and deliverables. * Collaborate closely with developers, architects, test analysts, UX designers, and other members of the agile team. * Ensure compliance with contractual technical, methodological, and operational requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** What’s needed for our perfect match: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. * Minimum 3 (three) years of experience identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements to be implemented. * Experience gathering, analyzing, and specifying functional and non-functional requirements. * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements artifacts. * Knowledge of agile software development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban. * Familiarity with requirements elicitation techniques. * Experience managing and refining backlogs. * Ability to interact and negotiate with multiple stakeholders. * Analytical capability to understand and model business rules. Desirable: * Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation (BPM). * Understanding of user experience (UX). * Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar). * Knowledge of UML. * Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries. * Familiarity with OpenAPI / Swagger. * Knowledge of system integrations and REST APIs. * Understanding of application security. * Experience in software development projects for Public Administration. **Additional Information** Fully Remote – Work safely and comfortably from home Infrastructure Allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
