All our job openings are also open to people with disabilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting developers in defining solutions, disseminating best practices, and making decisions related to application architecture and development. * Provide technical leadership for team deliverables, supporting demand refinement, identifying risks and dependencies, and proposing strategies to ensure delivery quality and predictability. * Promote the team’s technical growth through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing, contributing to the continuous evolution of people, processes, and solutions. * Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Node.js, ensuring solution quality, performance, and scalability. * Design, develop, and sustain APIs and integrations with internal systems and third-party services. * Implement new features, fix bugs, and continuously improve existing systems. * Participate in requirements analysis and definition of technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adoption of development best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Data, Architecture, DevOps, and Front\-end—to ensure business-value delivery. * Contribute to the evolution of architecture, development standards, and technical documentation for projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in backend development using Node.js. * Solid knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript. * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with Git for source code versioning. * Knowledge of software architecture, development best practices, and design patterns. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Ability to analyze and solve medium- to high-complexity technical problems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with TypeScript. * Knowledge of microservices architecture. * Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools. * Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar). * Experience with automated testing and software quality practices. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and application performance. * Experience in e\-commerce environments, digital products, or high-availability platforms. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** **Health and Well\-Being** * Wellhub (Gympass) **Daily Life and Quality of Life** * Vale Criando Laços (R$500.00 card granted upon child’s birth) * Funeral Assistance * Life Insurance * 50% Discount on Brands **Development and Recognition** * Corporate University * PPR \- Performance-Based Bonus **Perks:** * Partnerships with educational institutions, gyms, health providers, beauty services, and food establishments **Programs:** * Performance Evaluation * Climate and Engagement Survey * Internal Recruitment * Celebrar Program * Criando Laços Program * Diversos Program **OUR STORY** La Moda Group is a dynamic organism that creates brands born with strong consumer desire and sales success.
