The **Kumon Praia da Costa Unit**, located in **Vila Velha/ES**, is seeking a **Free Course Assistant** to join our team and contribute to the upbringing of children and youth through the Kumon methodology. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise students during classroom activities. * Assist in grading instructional materials using answer keys. * Organize student folders, files, and materials. * Send notifications and messages to guardians. * Participate in internal training and professional development sessions. * Study the Kumon methodology and materials. * Support family engagement and, when necessary, assist in course presentations and sales. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Enjoy working with children and adolescents. * Basic computer literacy. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge in Mathematics, Portuguese, and English. * Experience in customer service, education, or administrative tasks. Work Schedule: **44 hours per week** * **Monday:** 8:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Tuesday:** 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Wednesday:** 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Thursday:** 8:00 AM–7:00 PM (1-hour break) * **Friday:** 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break) Compensation and Benefits: **Salary:** * R$ 1\.621,00 during the 3-month probationary period. * R$ 1\.714,00 after the probationary period. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance. * Meal allowance of **R$ 20.00 per day** (average of **R$ 440.00** per month, based on 22 working days).
