Evolution’s dynamic and creative environment creates a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth. **Job Description** * Actively participate in the full recruitment cycle, performing talent sourcing through various utilized channels; * Collaborate with other company departments to achieve talent acquisition goals; * Take full ownership of the attraction and selection process, including but not limited to: screening resumes received from diverse sources, scheduling and conducting recruitment meetings and interviews, updating internal systems, posting job openings across all pre-defined channels, and interfacing with external agencies; * Assume responsibility for proposing and implementing specific ideas or improvements for the recruitment team; * Drive initiatives and concepts related to talent attraction and selection; **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Journalism or Marketing, completed or in progress; * Experience in recruitment; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * High sense of responsibility; **Additional Information** * Working with a friendly and professional team; * Dynamic working atmosphere; * Opportunity to grow as a professional;
