Job Summary: Experienced Analyst specializing in land and environmental regularization for rural and urban properties, with a focus on documentary analysis, registry management, and technical-legal support. Technical-legal support for projects The Analyst must possess experience in land and environmental regularization of rural and urban properties, including documentary analysis, updating of environmental registries, and technical-legal support for projects—such as negotiations, due diligence activities, and coordination with public agencies. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for documentary and notarial analysis of rural properties, identification of risks and pending issues, as well as preparation of technical reports, land tenure opinions, and thematic maps related to land use, deforestation, and vegetation cover. Will participate in land and environmental regularization processes, including CAR (Rural Environmental Registry), ADA (Environmental Declaration of Appropriation), PRA (Environmental Regularization Program), APF (Forest Preservation Area), TAC (Environmental Conduct Adjustment Term), and related procedures. Will be responsible for drafting and monitoring contracts, land negotiations, and notarial acts, as well as supporting due diligence activities and providing technical inputs for project decision-making. Will also organize and manage physical and digital documentation, monitor contractual obligations, and track the area’s budget execution, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal company guidelines. **Required Prior Experience:** Environmental and land tenure legislation applicable to rural properties. Analysis of land tenure and notarial documentation. Geoprocessing (ArcGIS, QGIS or similar tools). Preparation of technical reports, thematic maps, and land tenure opinions. Technical and Operational Skills: Interpretation and analysis of environmental and land tenure maps. Production of sketches and cartographic documents applied to regularization. Drafting of contracts and instruments for acquisition, leasing, or easement processes. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills):** Organization and attention to detail. Practical experience with environmental and land tenure databases (SEMA, SIGEF, IBAMA, and ANM). Proficiency in geoprocessing (ArcGIS, QGIS or similar tools). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Postgraduate degree in Environmental Law, Land Regularization, Agribusiness, or related fields is desirable.
