Description

**Responsibilities for this Position:** . Responsible for monitoring and preparing the company's financial results, including analysis by cost centers and business types, explanatory notes, and identification of improvement opportunities; . Ensure accounting and tax compliance, guaranteeing adherence to accounting principles (GAAP) and applicable tax obligations; . Support in managing ancillary obligations, tracking deadlines and submissions of EFD\-REINF and DCTFWeb together with accounting and payroll partners; . Strengthen internal controls, contributing to fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and reliability of financial information; . Strategic involvement in controller and tax functions, supporting the company’s and executive management’s financial and tax excellence; . Monitor corporate matters and legalization processes, including opening branches in Brazil and abroad; . Financial management and monitoring of contracts and progress billings, ensuring proper execution of Controller responsibilities; . Continuous monitoring of financial indicators and routines, such as PRVs, PCTs, and legal contingencies; . Financial support for the machinery and equipment leasing business, working closely with operations and the company’s strategic needs; . Ongoing interface with internal departments, external partners, and executive management, providing analytical support and managerial information for decision-making.
