We assess and recommend what is most timely, innovative, and necessary for national and international companies, supporting result maximization, bureaucracy elimination, removal of unnecessary formalities, and establishment of ethical, transparent, and responsible foundations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule deadlines in the system, **analyze proceedings**, and meet deadlines; * Analyze court publications, including procedural outcomes in the relevant systems; * Conduct procedural analyses, indicating the percentage of procedural financial risk and the provisioning amounts required for case outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in banking litigation and mass litigation is desirable; * Knowledge of court systems nationwide; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Regional Bar Association (OAB) registration for São Paulo state.
