Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst with an analytical and strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills to manage the procurement process, ensuring supply continuity, cost reduction, and supplier development. Supplier development and evaluation We are looking for a **Procurement Analyst** with an analytical and strategic profile and strong negotiation capabilities to manage the procurement process, ensuring supply continuity, cost reduction, process compliance, and supplier development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead negotiation processes and technical/commercial alignment of proposals. * Select suppliers based on price, delivery time, quality, commercial terms, and total cost of acquisition. * Monitor procurement KPIs and propose action plans for continuous improvement. * Monitor lead time, service level, stockouts, and supplier performance. * Develop and evaluate suppliers using performance indicators (OTIF, delays, quality, and contractual compliance). * Review supplier, product, and purchasing parameter registrations. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows. * Review open purchase orders and proactively prevent supply stockouts. * Validate purchase order data (nature, TOP, cost center, and other ERP parameters). * Consolidate management indicators and prepare presentations for leadership. * Participate in defining and reviewing internal procurement processes and policies. * Support internal audits related to procurement processes. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure supply chain efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience as a Procurement Analyst. * Experience in strategic negotiations. * Experience in high-volume procurement. * Knowledge of procurement KPIs. * Experience in supplier development and evaluation. * ERP knowledge (Sankhya preferred). * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
