This role involves end-to-end application development, including prototyping, backend and frontend construction, iterative enhancements, deployment, and production environment support. You will have autonomy throughout the entire development lifecycle, focusing on agility, technical quality, and continuous adaptation based on business learnings. You will also be expected to use Artificial Intelligence tools to support and accelerate deliveries. The environment includes cloud technologies and platforms, with work on solutions such as AWS and Heroku. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably with Angular and Spring Boot; * Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript; * Ability to efficiently and securely integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services; * Experience with Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration; * Familiarity with Jira or similar agile project management tools; * Knowledge of frontend and backend best practices, including componentization, responsiveness, and accessibility; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documentation. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of Spring Boot and integrations within Java ecosystems; * Familiarity with Design Patterns, architectural best practices, and development methodologies; * Experience with AI tools applied to development and prototyping; * Solid programming logic, with emphasis on clean, organized, and scalable code. **WHY JOIN OTTIMIZZA?** * Real opportunity to structure and improve processes; * Close collaboration with leadership and business teams; * Opportunity to grow alongside the company; * Ongoing training and professional development; * Collaborative and challenging work environment.
