We are currently conducting the selection process for a **Logistics Coordinator** position — a professional who will be responsible for coordinating receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order picking, shipping, distribution, and transportation operations. We seek a candidate with experience in leading operational teams, analytical thinking, and the ability to organize processes, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements that enhance operational productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise activities related to receiving, inspection, warehousing, order picking, shipping, and distribution of products; Plan and monitor operational workflow, ensuring adherence to deadlines and priorities; Manage the logistics team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and facilitating training; Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy of operations; Track inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, and other stock movements; Plan and conduct rotating, periodic, and comprehensive inventory counts; Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, returns, and rework; Control and analyze logistics KPIs, developing action plans to correct deviations; Monitor carrier performance, delivery timelines, incidents, and freight costs; Support operational capacity planning, considering labor, equipment, supplies, and physical space; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational best practices; Guarantee proper use of management systems and data reliability; Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in processes; Participate in cost-reduction, productivity-enhancement, and operational optimization projects; Maintain constant alignment with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Billing, Customer Service, and Operations departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; Prior experience in logistics operations; Experience supervising or leading operational teams; Knowledge of receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping, and inventory control; Experience with inventory audits and discrepancy analysis; Familiarity with logistics performance indicators; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel at intermediate level; Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems; Knowledge of warehouse best practices and operational safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in distribution centers or medium- to large-scale operations; Experience working with carriers, route planning, distribution, and freight management; Knowledge of Lean Logistics, 5S, PDCA, or Kaizen methodologies; Experience in continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects; Understanding of logistics cost management; Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operational Leadership; Basic or technical English applicable to the field. **Behavioral Competencies:** Leadership and ability to develop teams; Planning and organization; Clear and concise communication; Analytical ability and decision-making skills; Proactivity and sense of urgency; Results orientation; Resilience in dynamic environments; Problem-solving ability; Strong interpersonal skills; Continuous improvement mindset.
