Continuous improvement projects in the supply chain **Responsibilities** * Support transportation and distribution operations, including freight negotiation and carrier service level management * Monitor and optimize logistics costs (freight, warehousing, handling) to achieve continuous operational efficiency * Ensure compliance with customer delivery deadlines and established service levels * Oversee receiving, warehousing, and dispatch activities at the Distribution Center * Manage and review contracts with logistics operators and transportation partners * Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, freight cost per unit, damage rates) and propose action plans for improvement * Lead continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain * Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Import, Sales, and Customer Service teams **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in logistics operations, transportation, and warehousing * Solid experience in freight negotiation and carrier management * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for logistics data modeling and monitoring * Knowledge of inventory management and route planning * Preferably reside in Campinas/SP.
