Responsible for performing administrative tasks of the department, supporting operations, controlling physical inventories, and analyzing discrepancy reports. Responsible for compliance with Safety and Quality standards and procedures. Control inventory movement operations through conducting inventories, monitoring processes from receipt to delivery, preparing reports, and analyzing inventory levels at logical (system), physical (warehouse), and accounting levels.

**What are the requirements?**
* Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred
* Knowledge of and experience in inventory and stock analysis, as well as logistics operations
* Familiarity with warehousing processes, material handling, and inventory accuracy
* Experience conducting cyclic and general inventories
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel
* Data analysis skills, report writing, and KPI development capabilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with operational and administrative departments
* Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile
* Ability to work under deadlines and resolve stock discrepancies
* ERP/WMS and data collector system knowledge is preferred
**Responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities include:**
* Provide support to the department coordinator in operational and administrative routines.
* Perform monthly closing of cyclic stock counts, as specified by the client (Official Audit).
* Develop and maintain computerized internal controls to monitor operations.
* Complete, track, and analyze area KPIs.
* Organize rotating inventories, prepare reports, and support auditors, ensuring result accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
* Compare physical count results with system records, analyzing and resolving potential discrepancies.
* Support inventory movement operations, tracking the flow from invoice receipt through to billing release.
* Ensure inventory reliability through analysis and correction of identified inconsistencies.
* Generate analytical reports on inventory reliability and damage levels.
* Conduct Snapshot analyses (Logical vs. Accounting), identifying and correcting possible discrepancies.
* Attend daily meetings with the client for alignment and assurance of inventory processes.
* Clarify doubts and draft expert opinions for clients regarding stock discrepancies or damages, seeking solutions and preventive actions.
* Respond to internal client requests, verifying product availability and performing necessary blocks/unblocks.
* Interact and negotiate with internal and external clients, proposing solutions that ensure inventory integrity.
* Participate in and support annual and/or rotating inventories conducted with clients.
* Analyze incidents and merchandise damages, reporting to immediate supervisor to prevent impacts on end-customer service.
* Follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for the role.
* Comply with company HSE, Quality, and Code of Conduct standards.
