Main Job Responsibilities: · Support international customers and suppliers; · Coordinate shipments (order placement, readiness tracking, pickup, transit, customs procedures, delivery); · Prepare and analyze documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.); · Obtain freight quotations and follow up on shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers; · Conduct cost analysis and plan payments related to international trade; · Report shipment progress to Commercial and Logistics departments via control reports; · Prevent deviations from standard cargo and document flow.
