Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining various common areas, including lobbies, elevators, staircases, parking garages, and leisure spaces. Key Highlights: 1. Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas 2. Bathroom sanitation and replenishment of supplies 3. Selective waste collection and organization of storage areas **Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including: * Entrances and floor lobbies * Elevators (cabins, doors, and tracks) * Staircases and handrails * Parking garages and circulation areas * Party halls, gyms, playrooms, and other leisure areas * Reception desks and administrative areas * Sweep floors * Sanitize common-area bathrooms, replenishing supplies as needed (toilet paper, soap, etc.) * Collect waste from common areas, sorting it according to recycling regulations * Maintain organization of cleaning supply storage areas * Use cleaning products correctly, adhering to recommended dilutions and safety standards * Identify and report any irregularities (leaks, damages, excessive dirt, etc.) to the immediate supervisor * Support post-use cleaning of common areas (events, meetings, parties) * Maintain work equipment and supplies Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.740,63 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
