Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Network Infrastructure, Security, Database Management, or related areas are desirable. **Requirements:** Knowledge of computer and peripheral maintenance and installation, operating system configuration, installation of corporate software and applications, audio/video equipment support, basic networking, hardware and software troubleshooting, and remote user support. Training or certifications in technical support, computer maintenance, computer networking, Windows operating systems, software installation, and user support are desirable. ITIL, corporate environment support, or service desk tool certifications will be considered advantageous. Relevant work experience is required.
