Senior Infrastructure and Information Security Analyst

This is an opportunity for professionals who wish to strategically contribute to the maintenance and evolution of infrastructure, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and strengthening information security. **Key Responsibilities** Administer and monitor Windows servers and corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and Wireless). Manage accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory, LDAP, and identity governance tools. Provide advanced technical support (L2/L3\), performing troubleshooting for complex incidents and problems. Develop scripts and automations to optimize operational processes and maintenance routines. Monitor and support information security initiatives, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection. Support infrastructure improvement projects—both physical and logical—including networks and structured cabling. Ensure technical documentation of environments and departmental procedures. Contribute to the stability, availability, and continuous evolution of IT services. **Requirements** Experience administering Windows Server environments. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP. Experience with identity and access management (IAM). Solid understanding of network infrastructure, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switches, and corporate wireless environments. Experience applying information security practices to infrastructure. Knowledge of automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Experience delivering advanced technical support and resolving high-complexity service tickets. Experience working in medium- or large-scale corporate environments. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with IBM Security Verify Governance (ITIM) or similar tools. Microsoft certifications (AZ\-104, MS\-900 or equivalents). Networking certifications, such as CCNA. Security certifications, such as CompTIA Security\+.
