We are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—so that Scala achieves its goals. **We Are Thirsty for the Future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-focused environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize daily internal and external customer ticket workflows and validate maintenance service orders; * Act as a facilitator for Security, Facilities, E&C, EHS, and Customer Services teams—issuing access authorizations, supervising third-party activities, and supporting building facility management; * Coordinate with PCM to verify scheduled preventive maintenance activities and active contracts; * Participate in recurring meetings with Customer Service; * Manage site assets and inventory; * Interact with Shared Operations; * Develop, review, and update SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs; * Produce technical reports on infrastructure and site improvements; * Organize received projects; * Develop change requests and participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB); * Attend weekly meetings with the customer; * Perform troubleshooting on IT infrastructure—including asset replacement and fiber-optic connection deployment; * Update IT asset tracking and rack occupancy (POP) records. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, or Mechanics; * Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or Systems; * Knowledge of Automation and Networking; * Technical English for documentation development and customer communication; * Experience in mission-critical environments. **Additional Information** * This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD) **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash Card: R$1.250,00 per month; Private Pension (for eligible positions); Life Insurance; Financial Support for Children with Disabilities (PwD): Special financial assistance for all CLT employees with children who have disabilities, **with no age limit**.
