Level 3 Support and Continuous Improvement Projects **Responsibilities** --------------------- ### **Hybrid Infrastructure Management** * Administer and integrate **on\-premises** environments (physical and virtual servers) with cloud resources such as **Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)**, **Microsoft Azure**, **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**, and **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Ensure high availability, performance, and security of hybrid environments. ### **Systems Administration** * Manage and maintain **Windows Server** and Linux environments. * Administer virtualization platforms such as **VMware** and **Microsoft Hyper\-V**. * Perform updates, patches, and capacity management. ### **Networking and Security** * Design, configure, and monitor **LAN, WAN, and VPN** networks. * Manage firewalls and switches. * Implement security policies, vulnerability remediation, and server/service hardening. * Monitor and respond to security incidents. ### **Infrastructure Services** * Configure and administer **Active Directory**, DNS, and DHCP. * Manage backup and storage solutions such as **Dell EMC**. * Ensure data integrity, availability, and recoverability. ### **Level 3 Support and Troubleshooting** * Analyze and resolve complex incidents (Level 3\). * Conduct advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis (RCA). * Support technical teams during critical situations. ### **Projects and Continuous Improvement** * Evaluate emerging technologies and propose technical improvements. * Document environments, topologies, and procedures. * Participate in infrastructure deployment, migration, and modernization projects. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Solid experience with hybrid infrastructure. * Windows Server and Linux administration. * Virtualization using VMware and Hyper\-V. * Advanced knowledge of networking and security. * Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup solutions. * Knowledge of **Oracle Database** and **Microsoft SQL Server**. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Cloud certifications (OCI, Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Microsoft, VMware, or ITIL certifications. * Experience with automation (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform, etc.). ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Outsourcing
