Culture of knowledge sharing and development We are looking for an Infrastructure/Cloud Analyst to administer and operate batch routines in a mission-critical environment. This professional will support the operations team by addressing operational questions and needs related to the IWA (IBM Workload Automation) environment, ensuring correct implementation of Jobs and Jostreams, and supporting execution of the IWA (Symphony) Load Plan. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, strong sense of priority, and ability to act effectively during incidents, ensuring correct execution of workloads and compliance with operational SLAs. **Responsibilities and Duties** Schedule, configure, and maintain jobs using IBM Workload Automation Monitor execution of batch processes across Linux and Windows environments Analyze and resolve job failures, including reruns and dependency corrections Ensure compliance with batch processing SLAs Create and maintain operational documentation and execution workflows Support development and infrastructure teams in implementing new routines Perform impact analysis for changes to job chains Carry out IBM Workload Automation version updates Drive continuous improvement of automation and scheduling processes Analyze daily tool-related failures and open support tickets with IBM Vendor **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience with job scheduling tools: IBM Workload Automation Hands-on experience with batch processing in Linux and Windows environments Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server Experience with Linux operating systems Shell scripting knowledge is desirable **Additional Information** Job monitoring Failure analysis and reprocessing Dependency and calendar management Understanding of batch flow concepts, processing windows, and SLAs Ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of operational failures Strong communication skills for interaction with technical teams and business areas **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
