A metallurgical industry is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Limeira (Parque Egisto Ragazzo). **Responsibilities:** Ensure the proper operation of the company’s equipment, systems, and IT infrastructure. Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripheral devices. Conduct basic network and system monitoring to ensure availability and stability. Execute backup procedures and ensure basic data and IT asset security. Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system (helpdesk). Manage user access and corporate email configurations. Assist in the implementation and support of corporate systems and specific applications.
