We guarantee service quality by valuing our teams, always with a smile, dedication, and being **ALWAYS CLOSE TO YOU.** **MISSION:** Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure across all units, guaranteeing full functionality of networks, Wi\-Fi, IP telephony, and CCTV systems. **YOUR PROFILE:** Experience with network infrastructure, corporate Wi\-Fi, IP telephony, and CCTV Solid knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, and basic routing) Hands-on experience with GPON networks, provisioning, and troubleshooting Experience with Active Directory and familiarity with Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 Familiarity with equipment such as Ubiquiti, Ruijie, Zyxel, TP\-Link, and Fortinet Certifications such as ITIL, Wi\-Fi Enterprise, and/or Microsoft Organizational skills, sense of priority, and strong technical documentation ability Bachelor’s degree in IT (in progress or completed) Willingness to travel between units and availability for on-call shifts **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide support and resolve incidents related to networks, Wi\-Fi, GPON, PABX, and CCTV Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure equipment Configure and manage network environments (VLANs, Wi\-Fi, switching, and security) Administer and troubleshoot IP telephony (PABX/SIP and VoIP) Deploy and maintain CCTV systems (NVR/DVR and remote access) Monitor the IT environment using tools such as Zabbix Support connectivity and cabling/fiber infrastructure testing Maintain up-to-date technical documentation Participate in infrastructure deployment projects for new units **WHAT WE OFFER:** Beyond integration into a dynamic company that believes in social and environmental causes and values its employees, you can expect: Competitive salary and allowances aligned with the role; Health insurance plan after the probation period; Internal training academy (e-learning, in-person, and intensive programs); Internal mobility programs (national and international); Internal initiatives/programs (e.g., cross-training, mentoring, development labs, and more); Access to partner discount catalog; Discounts on products and services, extendable to family members; Free stays; Internal motivational, training, and festive events; Christmas and birthday gifts; Baby Kit for new parents; Uniform laundry service; Integration into a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment; Social and environmental responsibility policies.
