We are seeking a professional who will serve as a technical reference in the operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure solutions, monitoring KPIs, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring operational efficiency—also participating in project implementations, advanced post-sales support, technical documentation, and supporting the commercial team in defining solutions and implementation requirements.
