Job Summary: Administer and maintain cloud and server infrastructure environments, ensuring stability, performance, and availability through monitoring, automation, and database management. Database management, including Firebird and PowerShell **Challenge** ----------- Administer and maintain cloud and server infrastructure environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability through continuous monitoring, routine automation, and database management—contributing to technological environment reliability and rapid resolution of technical incidents. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain cloud environments based on **Windows Server 2019**, ensuring application stability and proper operation. * Monitor cloud environment performance, availability, and integrity, identifying and resolving potential failures or degradations. * Execute and oversee **database backup routines**, ensuring information integrity and security. * Deploy, configure, and maintain **Firebird databases**, using specialized tools such as **IBExpert**. * Develop **PowerShell scripts** to automate administrative and operational infrastructure tasks. * Provide technical support for infrastructure-related requests, analyzing and resolving incidents. * Collaborate closely with **support and technology teams**, contributing to problem resolution and continuous improvement of environments. * Contribute to technical documentation and standardization of infrastructure- and cloud-related processes. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields** (completed or in progress). * Practical experience with **IT infrastructure and cloud environments**. * Hands-on experience administering **Windows Server 2019 servers**. * Experience with **PowerShell-based routine automation**. * Knowledge or experience with **Firebird database** (preferred). **Technical Skills** * Windows server administration * Environment monitoring and log analysis * Data backup and recovery routines * Automation of administrative processes * Reading and interpreting technical documentation **Behavioral Competencies** * Continuous learning and pursuit of technological updates * Organization and sense of responsibility * Clear communication and collaboration with technical teams * Proactivity in identifying and solving problems * Teamwork and collaborative attitude **Job Conditions** * **Contract type:** CLT * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Lunch break:** 12:00 PM to 1:12 PM * **Availability:** Willingness to work under **on-call duty** or flexible hours when required. * **Salary range:** R$ 2,000.00 to R$ 2,940.00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * iFood meal voucher * Breakfast provided at the office * Avus: up to 80% off medications and 70% off medical consultations and lab tests * Social benefit per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) * Sesc partnership * Onhappy – Discounts on hospitality and airfare * Wellhub (Gympass) * Transportation voucher * StarBem: up to 4 free monthly teleconsultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, and others
