Main responsibilities: * Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally; * Schedule appointments and procedures; * Answer phone calls, messages, and e\-mails; * Update registrations and perform patient check\-in/check\-out; * Support financial routines, payments, and receipts; * Provide quotations according to company policy; * Send satisfaction surveys and monitor patient experience; * Organize the reception area and support medical and administrative teams. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in customer service and sales is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organization, and friendliness.
