Reside in Pirabeiraba, a district of Joinville, and have access to bus lines reaching Rua dos Franceses, 790 \- Pirabeiraba, Joinville \- SC, 89239\-280, especially on weekends. Preferably live near the neighborhood. Personal vehicle preferred. Main responsibilities: Covering absences, working at the reception desk, strict identification and registration of entries and exits of people and vehicles, knowledge of access control procedures and systems, familiarity with CCTV systems, basic computer literacy, asset inspection, situational analysis for risk prevention, implementation of security and emergency procedures, discretion and protection of confidential information, ability to handle conflict situations, and maintaining good relations with the general public, especially employees and visitors. Position: Intermittent Security Guard Work Schedule: 12x36 – flexible hours (2 guards) Compensation: R$ 9.18/hour, VA R$ 47.50/day, Attendance bonus: 7%, and intrashift break. Additional Attitudes: Clear and direct communication with contractors, visitors, and employees; readiness and availability for immediate actions requested by the client; ability to work under pressure; professional integrity; and good personal presentation.
