Requirements: Reside in Porto Belo and have access to bus routes reaching Vivapark Porto Belo, especially on weekends. Preferably reside near Porto Belo. Personal vehicle preferred. Main responsibilities: Coverage of absences, CNH AB license, public interaction for guidance and information regarding the service post, access control for personnel, vehicle access control, overt patrols via QR Code, familiarity with mobile patrol systems, basic computer proficiency, visual inspection to identify suspects, situational analysis for risk prevention, application of security and emergency procedures, discretion and protection of confidential information, ability to handle conflict situations and interact with the general public. Work location: Vivapark Porto Belo Position: Intermittent Security Guard\nWorking hours: 12x36 shift schedule, flexible hours Compensation: R$ 9.50/hour, VA (R$ 47.50/day) \+ Intrajornada \+ 30% hazard pay and 7% attendance bonus. Additional behavioral expectations: Perform patrols and stand for extended periods, patrol internal and external areas, communicate directly with the public, maintain readiness and availability for immediate action, work effectively under pressure, uphold professional ethics and integrity, avoid unnecessary conversations with the public, and refrain from using personal mobile phones at the service post.
