Job Summary: The BENU ERP is seeking a communicative, organized, and growth-oriented SDR/Commercial Assistant to prospect clients, qualify leads, schedule presentations, and create social media content with AI assistance. Use of Artificial Intelligence for content creation Position: SDR / Commercial Assistant – BENU ERP BENU ERP is a management system specialized in Pest Control, Water Tank Cleaning, Drainage Services, and Environmental Services companies. We are expanding and looking for a communicative, organized, and growth-minded individual to join our commercial team. Position SDR / Commercial Assistant Work Schedule * 6 hours per day; * Monday to Friday. Main Responsibilities Sales * Prospect new clients using cold lists; * Contact companies via WhatsApp and phone; * Actively participate in industry groups to identify business opportunities; * Respond to messages received via WhatsApp and Instagram; * Qualify leads by understanding each company’s needs; * Schedule BENU ERP presentations for sales consultants; * Conduct follow-ups on contacts; * Record all interactions in the CRM. Marketing No prior experience in design or marketing is required. BENU ERP features built-in Artificial Intelligence that assists in content creation, making this task quick and simple. Responsibilities include: * Creating Instagram posts using BENU ERP’s AI; * Adapting content for WhatsApp (Status and groups); * Publishing content according to the company’s content plan. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Comfort speaking with people; * Organized and committed; * Basic computer literacy; * Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, and digital tools; * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in sales, SDR, or commercial customer service; * Experience using CRM systems; * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; * Customer service experience.
