You will support B3 operational routines, ensuring high-quality, organized, and efficient execution, verification, and monitoring of back-office processes. Key Responsibilities * Perform Bovespa and BMF back-office operational routines; * Execute Sinacor system opening and closing; * Monitor and handle B3 and BTC events; * Control margins and monitor positions and orders; * Prepare and submit operational reports; * Identify, analyze, and assist in resolving operational discrepancies; * Collaborate with internal departments for alignment and tracking of requests; * Support continuous improvement of departmental processes and systems; * Contribute to automation and optimization of operational controls. Requirements * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills; * Basic knowledge of Python and SQL; * Basic English proficiency; * Analytical, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with financial market systems, especially Sinacor; * Interest in process automation and data analysis; * Academic experience or projects related to the financial market. Working Hours **Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.**
