Disseminating HR processes and collaborating with teams Responsibilities and Duties: * Design, develop, and deliver training programs for our Store Operations; * Consolidate departmental metrics; * Lead projects focused on improvements and innovations; * Disseminate HR processes in the field to meet internal customers' needs; * Collaborate closely with leaders and operations teams to identify opportunities related to people, strategies, and solutions for business challenges. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience with training and learning methodologies (70\-20\-10 and 6DS). Education: completed undergraduate degree. Mandatory: * Valid driver's license – Category B; * Availability for extended travel and overnight stays.
