**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Junior Systems Analyst will support operational maintenance and system development activities. The professional will assist in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and basic system validations. They will also help identify system improvements and record necessary adjustments. This role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams to monitor operational requests. This position is ideal for professionals beginning their careers in the technology field. * Support requirements gathering and detailed specification; * Document operational workflows and low-complexity requests; * Perform basic functional validations and tests; * Log incidents and assist in identifying necessary adjustments; * Support tracking of requests with internal departments; * Provide functional support and perform area routines. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Practical experience in IT is desirable; * Experience in system development, maintenance, or functional support is desirable; * Knowledge of requirements gathering and functional documentation; * Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN and flowcharts); * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries; * Understanding of system validation and testing. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Food allowance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
