This professional will play an important role in organizing procurement processes, contributing to product availability, on-time delivery, and departmental operational efficiency. * Analyze inventory levels and turnover rates to determine replenishment needs. * Issue and monitor purchase orders. * Monitor delivery timelines. * Verify purchase orders in the system. * Flag risks of stockouts or excess inventory. * Request and compare quotations. * Update prices and terms in the system. * Monitor commercial agreements. * Conduct operational alignment meetings with suppliers. * Organize negotiation records. * Maintain up-to-date controls. * Record commercial decisions. * Prepare monitoring reports. * Meet internal deadlines and procedures. * Support standardization initiatives within the department.
