We are seeking a **Junior IT Infrastructure Analyst (Microsoft)** to work at the Group Cosan’s Operations Control Center, monitoring infrastructure and system alerts, serving as the reference point for identification, analysis, communication, and resolution—ensuring the availability levels of critical environments. **Work Mode:** On-site **Shift Schedule:** 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM (6x1 shift) **Work Location:** Av. Cezira Giovanoni Moretti, 900 - Santa Rosa - Piracicaba-SP **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Monitor critical servers and services 24x7; * Handle incidents related to Windows Server and Linux; * Validate CPU, memory, disk usage, and service availability; * Perform initial troubleshooting for outages; * Monitor backups, services, and automated routines; * Escalate incidents to specialist teams when required; * Log and update incidents and procedures; * Support preventive actions and identification of recurring failures; * Communicate operational impacts to Specialists and involved areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of Windows Server; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Linux; * Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Services, File Server, Print Server, server monitoring, virtualization; * Understanding of infrastructure components: CPU, Memory, Disk, Network; * Experience with monitoring tools—Zabbix; * Familiarity with server troubleshooting; * Basic knowledge of ITIL and incident management; * Familiarity with critical and high-availability environments; * Availability to work on-site and on the 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM (6x1) shift. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
