Job Summary: An Engineering professional to develop and manage complex projects, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality while interfacing with teams and clients. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on cost and benefit optimization Develop complex projects within the Engineering department. Plan, define the concept, and execute engineering stages, keeping projects updated and under control, advising the company on schedule adherence, budget, technical requirements, and quality certifications, always seeking and improving the cost/benefit ratio for each project. Coordinate interfaces with other company departments and with clients. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields) * Minimum 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial or custom projects * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, or similar) is desirable **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in MS Project or other project management tools * Experience with customized industrial projects is desirable * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Preferred: PMP or similar certification **Observable and Developable Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Planning and organization * Strategic and analytical thinking * Time and priority management * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Decision-making ability * Results orientation and problem-solving **Responsibilities:** * Technically review documentation issued by the Sales department and verify whether information is sufficient for project development. * Issue Non-Conformance Reports to the Sales department and assist them in resolving issues. * Develop the project schedule jointly with involved departments and monitor it together with the PCP team. * Communicate with suppliers for technical discussions regarding components and verification of material technical specifications. * Perform calculations and component selections for equipment and prepare material lists. * Prepare technical documents such as flowcharts, electrical schematics, test procedures, setups, and evaluation of drawings released by designers. * Monitor resolution of project non-conformances. * Monitor factory and field tests and commissioning.
