




Job Summary: A professional responsible for designing and assembling mechanical seals, preparing dimensional drawings and failure diagnostics, as well as data management and participation in production meetings. Involvement in production and procurement planning The incumbent is responsible for drafting representations of mechanical seal components. They understand seal assembly through assembly drawings. They are familiar with basic Brayton models and are qualified to prepare application questionnaires and conduct mechanical seal failure diagnostics. **Understand** guidelines, fundamental policies, technical standards, and work methods **by** comprehending their scope and application within the area and/or relevant stakeholders through formal training or research in documents, articles, and other reference materials. **Prepare** dimensional study drawings for mechanical seals upon internal requests **by** applying computational methods such as GSTAR, software compatible with AutoCAD. **Prepare** assembly drawings **by** CAD based on internal requests and after internal discussions and revisions of the RAF drawing. **Generate** codes and complete the assembly drawing registration table **by** entering/updating data in the Onee software. **Complete** the product application form **by** using data from the manufacturing order and the customer-approved quotation. **Maintain** the product structure master data in the system **by** entering/updating data in the Onee World system. **Produce** detailed, component, and assembly drawings **by** using GSTAR software, generating drawings in PDF format for inclusion in the Onee system and to support continuation of the component production process. **Organize** paper copies of drawings for archival purposes in appropriate folders **to** facilitate information retrieval whenever necessary. **Participate** in daily meetings to establish procurement and production priorities **by** analyzing and discussing open manufacturing orders, customer priorities, and availability of human and material resources.
