Accord Farmacêutica, a market leader in Generics and Biosimilars within the Oncology, Hematology, and Critical Care therapy segments, is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our team and contribute to the excellence of our processes.
**What will be your day-to-day responsibilities?**
**Commercial Support and Customer Service**
* Provide ongoing support to sales representatives, clarifying questions and monitoring operational requests.
* Support the sales administration department.
* Handle and support tender order processes, ensuring compliance with required specifications.
**Order Management and Analysis**
* Analyze and verify orders issued by the sales representatives and public sector teams.
* Verify pre-invoices, performing final order evaluation after system processing, prior to billing.
* Enter sales orders, bonuses, and promotional materials (Marketing) into the SAP system.
* Release back-ordered items, tracking the workflow through to billing.
* Monitor order billing and update delivery status in internal tracking systems.
**Preparation of Proposals and Commercial Documentation**
* Prepare commercial proposals in accordance with commercial guidelines and customer requirements.
* Create, organize, manage, and archive commercial documents, such as proposals, contracts, orders, and sales reports.
* Draft Commitment Letters for Product Exchange where applicable.
* Track and submit documentation for customer registration updates.
**Inventory and Logistics Administration**
* Monitor and manage inventory, including:
* Daily internal dissemination of inventory information.
* Weekly dissemination of inventory information to field teams.
* Manage billing of short-shelf-life materials, ensuring proper allocation.
* Request and monitor material transfers between branches.
* Update the Order Form weekly.
**Administrative Controls and Approvals**
* Administer approval processes with senior management, finance, and logistics departments.
* Enter, control release, and update orders and forms.
* Manage orders related to Marketing, Export, and Returns departments.
**Information and Systems Control**
* Update and maintain customer data in the SAP CRM system.
Monitor and maintain updated internal controls for orders, billing, and deliveries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Business Management, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Prior experience in sales administration and/or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry—particularly with the SAP ERP system—is desirable.
Experience in managing commercial tasks, entering orders, inventory controls, sales administration, and returns handling.
