Weekend and holiday shifts on a rotating basis (2 weekends per month), totaling 44 weekly working hours). **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher (TV) + Meal Voucher (MV) (BRL 300.00 + punctuality and attendance bonus of BRL 300.00) + Health Insurance. **Location**: Jacarepaguá, RJ **Professional Responsibilities**: Welcoming and guiding patients regarding the clinic's services and products; registering clients; monitoring service queues; answering phone calls; requesting medical consultation and procedure authorizations from health insurance providers; occasionally collecting service fees; recording procedures and services in the company's management platform. **Candidate Profile**: Proactivity, active listening, assertive communication, and agility. Basic computer skills: internet, Word, and Excel. **Requirements for the Role**: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. Experience in hospital or medical clinic reception.
