Scholarship **POLE SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Blumenau/SC \- Itoupava Central **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only 4 hours) **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 \+ cash bonus based on revenue (R$1\.000,00, potentially exceeding this amount) **Benefits:** Meal voucher R$300,00 \+ transportation voucher or fuel allowance R$200,00 \+ scholarship \+ health assistance plan. **Requirements:** * Experience in people management; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, etc. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Performance-based bonus * Scholarship * Transportation voucher * Meal voucher * Fuel allowance
