We work closely with our clients, valuing trust, empathy, problem-solving, and sustainable growth, while continuously investing in people, processes, and technology. **Job Mission** To strategically manage and evolve the firm’s technological solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, information security, and system alignment with the needs of the Tax, Accounting, Payroll, and Corporate departments. Requirements: **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT, preferably within an accounting firm. Experience in accounting firms, BPOs, or consulting (a strong advantage); Experience implementing and supporting accounting, tax, payroll, or corporate systems; Knowledge of information security and LGPD; Ability to develop and analyze business processes, along with a systemic business perspective. **Behavioral Competencies** Clear and concise communication; Organization and prioritization skills; Analytical mindset with solution orientation; Ethical conduct, discretion, and professional confidentiality; Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments; Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
