In recent years, Itagy has undergone consistent growth and expansion, broadening its product portfolio to include disposable items (cups and bottles) alongside traditional 20L jugs, offering opportunities for professional development within a dynamic industrial environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate operational activities of industrial production. * Lead teams on the factory floor, ensuring achievement of production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. * Organize and assign daily tasks among production staff. * Monitor machines, equipment, and raw materials used in the production process. * Track productivity, efficiency, and loss indicators. * Reduce waste and rework. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. * Support continuous improvement of production processes. * Request materials and supplies required for production. * Enter daily production data into internal systems. * Serve as a point of support in resolving operational conflicts. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Leadership. * Organization. * Dynamism. * Teamwork. * Communication. * Results orientation. **HIRING COMPANY DETAILS:** * **Company:** Água Mineral Itagy. * **Work Location:** Dias D’Ávila/BA. * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * **Working Hours:** 44-hour weekly schedule. Monday to Saturday. 1st shift: 6:30 AM–3:30 PM (1-hour break). 2nd shift: 3:30 PM–12:30 AM. Saturdays: Morning shift: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM; Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. Overtime possible based on demand. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Prior experience as a team leader in operations or production. * Preferred: Experience with ERP systems. * Preferred: Previous experience in the same industry.
