




Job Summary: Bio Meds Brasil is seeking a proactive, organized, and analytical Product Processing Supervisor with a passion for excellence to supervise processes and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Propose continuous improvements for productivity and commitment. Bio Meds Brasil is growing and looking for a Product Processing Supervisor to strengthen our team! Your main responsibilities will include: * Supervising the product processing department and all related processes; * Supervising the team, including planning, retention initiatives, and team development within the department; * Inspecting and monitoring all process stages—including leak testing, review, labeling, and cleaning—to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Organizing external quarantine areas for Bio Meds Brasil’s finished solid and liquid products; * Managing, supervising, and prioritizing tasks according to urgency levels; * Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use; * Assisting in interviews and selection of department personnel; * Training and guiding the team on work routines, scheduling, organization, and activity responsibilities; * Delivering ongoing training to the entire team on production processes; * Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and environmental standards; * Developing and reviewing general documentation (e.g., SOPs, training programs, evaluations, etc.); * Monitoring and evaluating achievement of departmental goals; * Monitoring and guiding personnel conduct regarding performance outcomes and non-conforming items; * Supervising weekly production planning (PCP) execution for the department, aligned with established targets; * Proposing continuous improvements to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), productivity, and team commitment; * Contacting vendors for quotations on equipment, utensils, and materials required for production processes; * Contacting and following up with suppliers for equipment services, process-related services, and general support; * Participating in third-party and ANVISA audits; * Performing subordinates’ duties when necessary. **Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM** **Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa – Florianópolis** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Minimum three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or compounding pharmacy; * Minimum two years of experience in production process management and team leadership; * Solid knowledge in the field of expertise; * Experience developing performance indicators; * Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP); * Leadership and guidance capabilities; * Knowledge of sterile compounding is a plus!
