Financial incentive based on achieved results. **POLE SUPERVISOR** **Location:** São Francisco do Sul/SC **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only 4 hours) **Salary:** R$ 3,000.00 \+ Cash bonus based on revenue (R$1,000.00, potentially exceeding this amount) **Benefits:** VA R$300.00 \+ VT or fuel allowance R$200.00 \+ tuition assistance \+ health assistance plan. **Requirements:** * Experience in people management; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, etc. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher * Tuition assistance * Performance-based bonus
