**PCP Analyst**
**Daily Responsibilities**
Regularly analyze MRP to address deviations from the production plan and/or materials planning, thereby maintaining continuous supply flow and preventing stockouts.
Plan maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Reassess planning parameters, identify issues, and propose improvements.
Monitor KPIs and issue alerts when deviations from the plan are detected.
Master daily production and materials planning routines to effectively propose alternatives for planning deviations.
Run ERP systems and generate procurement and production requirements.
Control raw material inventory to prevent production interruptions due to input shortages, and review materials plans to avoid excess inventory.
Support the sales team regarding delivery timelines.
Develop procedures and work instructions.
Perform weekly control of production orders (OPs).
**Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
Intermediate/advanced Excel skills;
Prior experience in production and materials planning and control.
Ability to map processes and manage demands.
Knowledge of inventory analysis and management.
Strong negotiation skills for delivery timelines with suppliers and internal/external customers.
Critical mindset for planning analysis, with focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team leadership experience is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications: **Hands-on profile**, analytical and planning-oriented, able to work collaboratively in a team.
