The Production and Operations area hosts the largest number of employees. It covers the entire operation of a manufacturing unit or fertilizer blending facility, from raw material management through to the final product. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * Operate machines and equipment under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, performing operational tasks according to the assigned functional area, and conducting cleaning activities to prevent process interruptions; * Bag blended or pure products using bagging machines and bulk bags (FIBCs); * Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with current Operational Instructions within the Integrated Management System (SGI); * Ensure proper supply of the unit's raw material silos with appropriate production raw materials and basic inputs; * Monitor product quality; * Inspect the process and equipment operation; * Contribute to product, service, and environmental quality improvement programs; comply with internal standards and occupational safety regulations. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- Collaborative spirit, initiative, curiosity, sense of ownership, and respect for diversity; Completed High School **Knowledge Cultivated Through Diversity** Yara is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and takes pride in being an organization that offers equal opportunities to all.
